Bodine Aluminum, Inc.

Soon after Toyota bought this family-owned St. Louis foundry in 1990, the first shipment of cylinder heads was headed for Kentucky. Since then, employment has grown to more than 1,100 and production has expanded to more than 60 million pounds of engine parts each year.*

Operations:
The St. Louis plant manufactures engine brackets and carrier covers. The Troy plant manufactures cylinder heads and cylinder blocks. In late 2005, Bodine began assembly of aluminum engine blocks at its third plant in Jackson, TN.
